We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative person to work with the PMI Global Support Center Team to ensure critical data is consistently gathered, analyzed, and presented to the team. The Data Analyst for Analytics and CI team is a specialist who contributes to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. He/She will leverage analytical tools to conduct analysis and provide reporting insights to the operations team. The ideal candidate would have excellent analytical and technical skills, in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintain data integrity. He/She models communication clarity, collaboration, and a bias toward action and results. We maintain a flexible schedule policy, but this position will mostly work the night shift but will be required to slide his or her shift whenever needed.
