Assists in implementing and providing inputs to new products/businesses and enhancements to current product and systems covered by the loans product life-cycle.
Conducts research to assess product/business viability.
Responsible for the successful delivery of new product/business and enhancements to current design within defined timelines and objectives.
Presents business opportunity, new product concept, unique value proposition, target market, technical requirements, high-level process flow, proposed pricing, profitability analysis, proposed sales and marketing strategy, regulatory requirements.
Develops business requirements for approved new product, product enhancement, or system enhancements.
Performs Project Management and deployment functions
Job Requirements
Commerce or Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering graduate
At least 5 years experience in R&D for innovation projects, product development or project management preferably in banking, financial or telecommunications industry
Must have passion for innovation, able to come up with ideas, strategize and put it into action
