1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Records and maintains accuracy of all financial transactions of the company
• Updates, safekeep and ensure timely registration of the Companys Books of Accounts
• Prepare Financial Statements and all relevant financial schedules and analysis
• Prepare, seek approval and ensure timely remittance of all statutory requirements of the company
• Submit required schedules and liaise with external auditors in the annual and interim financial audit
• Safekeep and update all Accounting Policies and Manuals
• Correspond with other departments on all finance-related concerns
• Assist the Business Unit Head with other projects and workflow process improvements

• Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
• Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
• Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
• Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
