Education/License : BS Architecture

Must be a Licensed Architect

Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in planning and design

from a subdivision development company

Familiar with Laws and Regulations pertaining to

Subdivision and Property Development

Responsibilities :

• Ensures the efficiency of the Department in all stages of planning and design of approved or proposed projects; and in acquiring the requested materials and services
• Oversees requisition of supplies, materials and services required to complete the construction projects of the Company
• Develops and implements monitoring and control programs as well as quality control programs pertaining to materials in adherence to approved plans and specifications
• Prepares reports and implements negotiation strategies, technical research and development recommendations
• Proposes innovative value engineering measures for building technology and materials
• Confers with site engineers, unit heads and contractors involved in resolving materials and design issues
• Enforces strictly the companys rules and guidelines for planning and design; and properly signs all documents required in the initial stage of subdivision development and in the closing of the project
• Submits monthly, quarterly and annual status reports to Management pertaining to the performance of his department
