JOB DESCRIPTION

• Over-all head of Business Development
• Spearhead business development activities: conceptualization of new projects, conduct of market research, market trends and new technologies in the industry
• Negotiate and perform steps necessary for the acquisition of properties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Engineering, Business or any Finance related courses
• Strong understanding of the REAL ESTATE business which will allow him/her to implement the development process
• Strong business and financial skills which are to include a basic understanding of accounting and business practices and the ability to maximize profits
