Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative person to work with the PMI Global Support Center Team to ensure critical data is consistently gathered, analyzed, and presented to the team. The Data Analyst for Analytics and CI team is a specialist who contributes to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. He/She will leverage analytical tools to conduct analysis and provide reporting insights to the operations team. The ideal candidate would have excellent analytical and technical skills, in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintain data integrity. He/She models communication clarity, collaboration, and a bias toward action and results. We maintain a flexible schedule policy, but this position will mostly work the night shift but will be required to slide his or her shift whenever needed.

Functions:

• Establish and maintain metrics, KPI’s, and performance dashboards.
• Design/implement methods to manage the operations data and extract relevant data from various sources to roll up the performance.
• Manage, prepare, and publish actual performance for KPIs and metrics related to operations; present data in a standardized format to support senior leaders’ decision making process.
• Manage operations metrics, which help to identify the reason for unusual data points. Collaborate with team members to review and analyze the data collected to locate areas for improvement in the operations processes.
• Involved in annual performance target (AOP) setting and regular review. Drive target alignment over multiple functions.
• Prepare and produce presentation materials for the operations management team.
• Conduct best practices sharing and monitor the implementation of KPIs in all sites.
• Ad-hoc reporting task as requested by the operations team involvement in all company initiatives affecting the performance metrics database or reports.
• As needed, complete special tasks and assignments.
