DATA COLLECTION

by:

• Creating trackers and dashboard of the Revenue Team that can be accessed online and easily understood by the Team (e.g. Power BI)

• Ensures historical data are available online and can be accessed by users

• Coordinating with the team members to ensure access to data sources

• Completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of data sources

 

DATA AUDIT To ensure that all information gathered are complete and accurate

by:

• Various data sources that directly impact the Revenue such as HubSpot, JobStreet, LinkedIn, ZOHO, ATS.

• Validation of reports versus reports from Finance to ensure alignment with final data

 

REPORTS GENERATION & INSIGHTS

by:

• Identify trends based on business measures after analyzing collected data

• Submits analytical reports to key stakeholders

• Provide insights that will help the direction of the company and identify potential business risks

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Participates in the digital transformation related to Reportorial Analysis

by:

• Documents the report specification of the trackers and dashboard that can be understood by all

• Assist the Revenue Team in reporting requirements for both internal and external clients

• Participates in system development projects in relation to reports generation

 

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE Assists the Chief Revenue Officer by:

• Calendar and Diary Management to ensure prioritization and efficiency of meetings

• Create reports on behalf of the CRO for presentation internally or externally

• Other accountabilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager and/or Execom
