Must be a CPA

Strong costing background

At least 5+ years in a senior management role

Strong Leadership skills and experience managing a team

Ability to learn new software

Experience in working in a small business with 50 headcount

Finance leader who are hands on, can roll up their sleeves

Flexible

Ideally someone who has been in a start-up environment but knows how to scale;

Strong accounting knowledge, especially in costings, some conceptual understanding of Australian taxes

Preferrably with

• Management Accountant qualifications (CIMA)
• Experience with Xero
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Work Arrangement

– Hybrid (1-2 days at home) work arrangement

– Work hours are 7am to 7pm
