• Set team goals and targets and monitor progress against recruitment department metrics
• Responsible for measuring team and individual productivity
• Coaches team in leveraging with the Sourcing channels Digital, Referrals and Offsite – to maintain a healthy pool based on requirements.
• Supervises Activities and Productivities of direct reports

• Promote and develop Continuous improvement and Company values of the company to Direct reports

 

 

 

 

2.Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy

 

 

• Contributes in designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy

• Ensures Manpower requests are filled on time

• Monitors performance of Direct reports which includes, but not limited to, process adherence, reliability, schedule adherence, quality of candidates endorsed.
• Lead the success of Sourcing activities onsite and offsite

• Promotes job openings in Social media and maintain active and professional responses.

• Ensures Manpower requests are filled on time

• Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
• Ensures proper and professional communication of status of recruitment to internal/external clients
