– At least 1 tertiary degree from Top 4 Universities

– Current/most recent job is in the real estate industry especially exposure in the residential sector

– Any past employers include JLL, CBRE, Savills, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Leechiu, Tan Frankum & Associates, PRIME, Hoppler

– Experience in property market research, economic study, and/or residential valuation, min. 2 years for an Analyst, 3 years for a senior, and 5 years for a lead.

– Advanced excel skills in data sorting, dashboarding and making charts
