Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handles the over-all construction of residential project developments
• Provides technical support and project implementation including contract procurement activities
• Ensures that the construction specifications are being followed in accordance with the Companys approved budget, quality standards and schedule
• Responsible for the completion of high-rise projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST BE a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum 10 years experience in high-rise condominium projects
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in the REAL ESTATE industry
• Minimum 3-5 years stay with current or past employers
• Must have a keen business acumen
• Highly analytical
