Job Purpose:

• Responsible for growing sales, market share, revenue and productivity of accredited small – sized merchants with main focus on P2M-wallet and/or new product expansion in its cluster area
• Leads and Manage pool of Merchant Associates to prospect, accredit, and maintain small merchants.
• Creates materials for and conducts trainings to accredited merchants regarding the accreditation process/proper card acceptance/policies of the bank
• Leads the preparations and implementation of new businesses and projects under the cluster

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4 years course
• With at least 3 – 5 years of work experience in sales/marketing, banking, financial, FinTech or Telco Industry
• Exposure to merchant acquiring and sales
