About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across a growing group of companies in food & beverage, retail, and distribution. This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity for someone who enjoys creating systems, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across frontline, warehouse, technical, sales, and head office roles
  • Oversee employee relations, labor compliance, disciplinary cases, and DOLE requirements
  • Drive performance management, organizational development, and succession planning
  • Manage compensation & benefits, HR operations, HRIS, and policy implementation

Qualifications
