  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve process gaps and drive alignment

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in process documentation, workflow design, or similar roles
  • Experience in ISO 9001 or QMS environments is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with cross-functional processes and process improvement initiatives

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, draw.io)
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Forms, Teams)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
