  • Develop marketing strategies that contribute directly to sales, customer acquisition, customer loyalty, and overall business growth.
  • Measure campaign performance against agreed KPIs and commercial objectives.

  • Identify growth opportunities across digital, experiential, partnership, retail, and other marketing channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong background in FMCG and/or retail or other major consumer-facing businesses.
  • Experience handling large, established, or highly competitive consumer brands is strongly preferred.
  • Oil & gas industry exposure is required.
  • Open to strong Manager-level candidates with the potential to take on broader marketing leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience in brand building, creative development, consumer marketing, and market positioning.
  • Strong sales-driven and commercially focused marketing mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy and creative development through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn consumer and performance data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to bring fresh ideas and a modern consumer perspective to the business.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Up-to-date with current marketing trends, digital platforms, consumer behavior, and retail marketing practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM, marketing analytics, or campaign management platforms is an advantage.
